Prospectus for Holiday Market
The Gallery ABQ is seeking original, handcrafted works for our annual Holiday Market. We are accepting holiday-related gifts as well as jewelry, pottery and ceramics, glass, fiber art, leather goods, plus original cards and small prints/paintings. All items must be quality, original works by the artist.
The Holiday Market Fee is $85.00. There are ONLY six (6) spaces available. The individual space allotment will be approximately 6ft of wall/table.
The gallery will not take any commission on sales, which means that participants will retain all the money generated by sales of their items.
Items included will be at the discretion of The Gallery ABQ. The Gallery ABQ may refuse any entry on the grounds of unsuitability, poor condition, inferior quality, not adhering to the prospectus guidelines or oversized for gallery space. Art must be wired and ready to hang (no sawtooth hangers).
All items must be clearly marked with artist’s name and sale price.

DELIVERY of Art: November 29th, Saturday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

ART Hung: December 2nd, Tuesday, by The Gallery ABQ curators

FIRST FRIDAY RECEPTION: December 5th, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
PICK-UP of Art: December 30th, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
An attendant will be at the desk during all regular business days and hours (Tuesday through Saturday, 11am-4pm) during the month of December to process sales. Artists are encouraged to attend the First Friday Reception at The Gallery ABQ.

Entries will be handled with all possible care, but artists submitting work agree to hold harmless The Gallery ABQ, their agents and employees from any claim of damage or theft that might arise from any cause whatsoever. Artists should arrange for proper insurance coverage for their work.

The Gallery ABQ in Hoffmantown is an artist-owned gallery of fine artists and craftspersons from New Mexico. With twenty member artists, we offer a wide variety of mediums, subjects and styles in a welcoming creative space. We embrace creativity and innovation, allowing each member artist to express their individual point of view while maintaining the highest standards.
New artists are juried in at our monthly general meetings on the 2nd Monday of each month.
