Michelle D'Amour

Oil

Artist Statement

As an oil painter, I am passionate about depicting all things organic, especially flowers and vegetables. I love the intimacy of getting up close and personal with my subjects, much like viewing them through a camera’s macro lens. Every organic thing has a special beauty and can represent another being or evoke a feeling, which I try to capture.
