Artist Statement
I create wearable art that celebrates jewelry as one of humanity's earliest and most enduring forms of artistic expression. Each piece is created from distinctive semi-precious stones, glass, antique and ethnic beads resulting in original designs that reflect cultural influences and aesthetic harmony. I believe the most compelling wearable art transforms the personal into the public, allowing individuals to express their identity, values and creativity through adornment while elevating jewelry beyond fashion into a meaningful form of artistic expression.
