Jen Jasper Brodie is a dedicated painter who works primarily in oils. Jen experiments with both realism and more calligraphic impressionism. A New Mexico native, her works are influenced by New Mexico's rich culture and beautiful landscapes. She also loves portraiture - capturing the essence of a person. 

As a youth, Jen traveled the world with her grandmother, creating a passion for the vast cultures, colors, and variations of the world's tapestry which shows in her works today. 

 

Jen's works have shown in The Gallery ABQ, the New Mexico Art League, and the Annual Juvenile Diabetes Gala in Albuquerque. She is a member of both the New Mexico Plein Air Painters and the Laguna Plein Air Painters.
